We average over 65,000 daily fulfilled orders, and currently have the capacity for 120,000 in peak seasons. (Figure as of August 2025)

Solexpress is based in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, at R12 Victoria Mall, No. 125, GuanHui Road, ZhangMuTou Town, 523000, China — a prime location for efficient logistics and international shipping. Our close proximity to major transport hubs ensures fast delivery of products worldwide.
We currently employ over 500 outstanding team members–and we’re still growing strong!
To maintain the competitive edge of Solexpress clients, we do not share best-selling lists or product catalogs. Instead, clients can send us product links or photos, and our team will handle the sourcing process.
We do not release product stock catalogs. If a product you submit for quote happens to be in stock, you will benefit from faster, same-day pick & pack.
If you can find the product on AliExpress, there’s a very high chance we can source a manufacturer. As long as the product is still being manufactured, and it’s not under any exclusive production contracts or trademarks, our sourcing team can almost always find the product to fulfill.

We only onboard new clients when our fulfillment teams have the capacity to provide the high level of service we’re known for. At Solexpress, we have set fulfillment minimum order quantities (MOQs) to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service for our clients.

For dropshipping, a minimum of 30 daily orders across all products is required. Your store must already be active and fulfilling at this level.
For branded dropshipping, the requirement is 100 daily orders.
For private label services, the minimum is 10 daily orders.

These fulfillment MOQs are separate from manufacturing MOQs, and upfront stock purchases do not replace our MOQ requirements.

At this time, we do not offer testing for new projects. Clients must already be fulfilling orders at or above the required MOQ before we can support new store launches.

Once you meet the MOQ, we’ll assign a dedicated fulfillment team to your account. If you haven’t reached that stage yet, we’re happy to recommend trusted companies to help you start your business.

Solexpress has extensive experience sourcing and preparing DTC and FBA-compliant shipments. Our software seamlessly integrates all orders and inventory, automatically generating FBA-STAs for efficient processing.

To ensure the most competitive shipping rates, our MOQ for FBA and bulk shipments is 1 cubic meter (cbm) or 200 kilograms of product.

COMMUNICATION

Once you’re onboarded, agents on the fulfillment team will walk you though adding them to your store–it’s easy!

WhatsApp is our primary platform. Telegram, Slack, and Discord are also popular with our clients. Prefer something else? Ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Fulfillment teams are carefully assigned with availability in mind. The number of clients managed by a fulfillment team often depends on the fulfillment volume and needs of their clients. Client experience and a healthy work environment are extremely important to us, so we do not spread our teams too thinly.

PROCESSING

Once you’re onboarded and assigned a fulfillment team, the team will walk you through the easy steps to connect them to your store.
Lead/processing time is typically 1-3 days depending on manufacturer’s responsiveness. Fulfillment teams will inform clients of any manufacturing delays before purchase. Once a hot-selling item has been established, free inventory will be made available–unlocking expedited pick & pack.
Quotations are processed upon receipt of product information–typically in the form of AliExpress links, Shopify links or detailed photos. AliExpress links are preferred, as they contain detailed product information to help our agents locate a manufacturer. Once sourced, our agents will send a message to your fulfillment group via WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or Slack and present to you an all-inclusive quote for packing and shipping the requested product to its destination country. You only pay the quoted price, nothing more.
If our agents are connected to your store, fulfillment will be handled automatically. You will be notified immediately of any alerts which need your attention.
Everything! Cost of goods, shipping, and fees are all included in the quote you receive from Day One. The quote you see is all you are expected to pay.
Yes. Discounts are applied to bundle orders due to no additional barcode fee of an additional parcel. Charges on weight still apply. Check with your operations team about more details.
Yes. We provide size charts and adjusted charts for target market sizes. Clothing tags can also be adjusted accordingly.
The Solexpress team can assist with filling out SKU information. However, some Shopify stores require SKUs to be entered and cannot leave this field blank. If your store has this requirement, it’s best to fill in the SKU beforehand using the format “Product Title + Color + Size.”
Bulk purchases are arranged for clients who have sustained consistent orders. Bulk must be paid up front, and clients will receive updates on stock levels. New cooperation cannot purchase bulk until notified by the fulfillment team.
Of course! We are happy to continue any supplier relationships you have made, and plan on keeping.

PAYMENTS

Payment can be made by PayPal,Payoneer,Wise, Currenxie, Bank transfer,etc. All currencies supported. We do not directly process credit cards at this time. Clients who would like to pay with credit card could be paid via Payoneer or PayPal.
Payment confirmation is necessary for packages to be released for shipping.
Longer payment terms can be agreed upon on a case to case basis. Clients with consistent orders and longer term cooperation can benefit from increased cash flow with longer payment terms. Your fulfillment team will inform you once extended terms can be applied for.  

PACKAGING

Yes. We can source any packaging you would like. Logos, customized inserts and cards, etc. We’ll help you create the bespoke unboxing experience to impress your customers. The fulfillment team will let you know what photos and files are needed for printing. There is a fulfillment MOQ of 100 daily orders for customized packaging.


Generic poly mailer bags are free of charge, but custom packaging requires a $0.5 handling fee per order.

No. Products are shipped in their OEM product package, while clothing is mailed in a blank mailer bag. Products are then packaged in either a blank cardboard box, or standard mailer bag. No chinese lettering is present.  

SHIPPING

YunExpress is our primary courier and shipping times depend on country of destination. The global average as of August 2025 is 9 natural days.  

Yes. Not only is tracking provided via Solexpress Track, but discreet tracking is also available. Parcels show tracking updates only once they reach their destination country, with no visible origin details from China.

Additionally, our in-house logistics system automatically uploads all last-mile courier information, ensuring customers receive accurate delivery updates.

Shipping times remain unaffected by discreet tracking.
 

YunExpress routes maintain over 98% delivery success within the given time frames. Averages are updated monthly based on real global data.  

YunExpress will not ship liquids over 500ml, No infringing products, dangerous goods, and contrabands (such as pure battery, prohibited liquid, prohibited powder, gun and ammunition) are allowed for YunExpress Global Direct Snail Mail (Fast).

Products with built-in batteries and supporting batteries are accepted.

Shipping cost is based on a per shipment basis. Parcel size, weight, and destination are taken into account. The all-inclusive product quote received from our sourcing agents includes all shipping and handling fees.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Solexpress offers a clear return and refund policy—covering damaged, incorrect, or lost items to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
No. Returning products to China is too costly.
